Our report is unique from others in the home inspection arena. If you were to contemplate the purchase of a used car, you might take it to your auto mechanic and ask that he “put it through a 65 point check” – assessing the basics of the car. Our home inspection service takes a similar approach. Having been in the home inspection business since 1989, we know the problems that homes can develop – we specialize in identifying them. As such, we put homes through a “320 point check”. This forces us as inspectors to evaluate each and every system and component available in a home within the scope of our inspection. As such, our report is basically a punch list designed for existing homes. Our reports are always:
As you read through our report, pay particular attention to the “Yes” and “No” check boxes. A “Yes” box checked is a positive answer to a negative condition in the home - these are problems discovered and reported by your inspector.
Our report supports most major, updated browsers – both Macs and Windows PCs should render just fine on your screen. A combination of the "Ctrl" key and a + or - key can be useful to adjust the size of our report to your screen. For a Mac, use the "Open Apple" key in place of the "Ctrl" key.
A sample report is a compilation of conditions and photos discovered on many different homes. As such, this report does not constitute a true home inspection on any one home. The purpose of providing a sample report is to show what can be done with our report to better describe conditions found during the course of a home inspection.
