YOUNG INSPECTIONS, INC. provides residential and commercial inspection-related services, which may include, depending on the property and service selected, home inspections, pre-sale inspections, new construction phase inspections, 4-point inspections, wind mitigation inspections, roof certifications, mold inspections, termite/WDO inspections, 11-month warranty inspections, commercial building inspections, and maintenance inspections.

All services are subject to availability, service area, scheduling, property condition, and the terms of any separate inspection agreement or service agreement provided for the specific job.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

5. Quotes, Service Requests, and Scheduling

Submitting a contact form, calling, emailing, or texting us does not automatically create a contract or guarantee an appointment. A booking is only confirmed when we expressly accept the request and schedule the service.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel a service request due to availability, unsafe property conditions, access issues, weather, incomplete information, or other operational reasons.

6. Inspection Scope and Separate Agreements

The Site provides general information about our services, but the exact scope of work, exclusions, standards of practice, pricing, payment terms, limitations of liability, and dispute procedures for a specific inspection are governed by the separate inspection agreement, service agreement, or engagement documents applicable to that service.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed inspection or service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that specific job.

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be disclosed before or at the time of booking. Payment may be due before, at, or after the time of service, depending on the specific arrangement.

If payment is not made when due, we may withhold reports, cancel services, decline future bookings, and pursue other remedies available under applicable law or contract.

8. Reports and Reliance

Inspection reports and related communications are prepared for the client identified in the applicable service agreement. Reports generally reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection and are limited to visible and reasonably accessible areas unless otherwise stated in writing.

Website content is provided for general information only and does not replace a formal inspection report or written agreement.

9. User Submissions

If you submit forms, contact details, property information, photos, documents, or other materials to us, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You grant us a limited right to use that information as needed to respond to your inquiry, schedule services, perform inspections, deliver reports, send service-related communications, and operate our business.

10. SMS Messaging Program Terms

YOUNG INSPECTIONS, INC. may offer a customer care and service-related SMS messaging program for individuals who contact us or provide consent to receive text messages. This program is used to support inspection scheduling, communication, and customer service.

SMS Program Description
